In 2016, Robert left his long held position at a private litigation firm to open his own office focusing solely on his medical marijuana practice. He brings to the cannabis space extensive experience in contract preparation and negotiations as well as complex civil and criminal litigation.
Robert has advocated for medicinal marijuana patients since 2010 and currently represents dispensary owners, medical cannabis manufacturers and cultivators, as well as medicinal marijuana patients charged with drug crimes.
Robert received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of California in 2009. He is also admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of the Federal District Courts of California.
